The dive site is along the N-E shore of the Ilheu de Cima and dived mainly during the less frequent southerly winds. Free descent before drifting along the steep edge, going to 33m maximum towards the end of the drift along the steep wall and over rocks and outcrops. The current can be quite strong during ebb tides near the full and new moon.
There is a lot of fish life at this site: groupers, zebra bream, the occasional moray eel, barracudas and jacks are sure to be seen.
