This reef is located North of the Berlengas. It is a very dangerous place to navigate, but it is fantastic for diving.
The rock top sometimes appears from the water in high tides and has a slope where the water rises and the fish feed, down at 30mts. The amount of fish is huge: Cow-breams, Amberjacks, Seabass, Triggerfish and more.
In the deepest part we have walls covered with Gorgonians and a shipwreck, Gomes VIII. We can see the boiler, the engine parts and some of its structure.
It is a dive exposed to frequent strong currents. It requires a lot of experience and planning.
